About Randy…

I practice integrative bodywork, Organic Intelligence® coaching, and restorative movement with an intention to help clients realize their full potential, recognizing the inherent wholeness in every body. My work with others is influenced by my desire to deepen connection with my ancestors and the more-than-human world. The on-the-ground experience of my work is always evolving, as a reflection of my own evolution and the relationship I have with each particular client.

From an early age I held a strong curiosity for the natural environment, exploring my surroundings with an exuberant physicality. Throughout life, I have explored various sports as well as martial arts, which provided a structured introduction to movement, mindfulness, and traditional health practices. I have integrated these with a variety of other movement, meditation, and healing perspectives. Systema, a Russian martial art which I began practicing in 2010, has had a significant influence on my bodywork (see blog post here).

In 2014, I graduated from the 750-hour training program at Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Seattle. I have been studying Organic Intelligence® (OI) since 2016, completing the Human Empowerment and Resiliency Training (HEART) in 2019 and Coaching Certification Course (OICC) in 2022, and I have assisted with OI’s End of Trauma Course (EOTC).

Aside from my work, I enjoy connecting with the natural world, moving, reading, and learning. I still practice martial arts (especially Kali), and I continually seek to know myself and the world.
