RESERVATIONS:

We will respond to your voice mail, text, or email as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please give at minimum 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment, and we will do the same. If you must cancel an appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you may be charged a $50 cancellation fee at our discretion.

COMMUNICATION:

As much as possible, please make communication with us via phone or email. We find text message to be an inefficient way to communicate about any but the simplest questions. The message feature available through MassageBook.com does not alert us that there are new messages, so we may not see them for quite some time. When you do contact us please remember that we will get back to you at my earliest convenience, though we may be out of the office or away from phone/internet connection.

PRIVACY:

We will keep your personal and medical information private, as mandated by HIPAA and professional ethics. Bodywork clients will fill out intake paperwork online (with a privacy notice), which will be kept on a secure server at MassageBook.com along with session notes.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please inform us prior to each session if there are any new developments in your condition, whether it be physical or psychological, even if they are not included on the original health history questionnaire. This is important so that we may provide you the best care we are able, and for your safety and that of myself and our other clients. Thank you.

REFUNDS:

We cannot offer refunds for any services already rendered or for prepaid services.
